Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellation by Company:
    • If we need to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, equipment failure), we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service at no additional cost.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available for cancellations made in accordance with the terms above.
    • Refunds for services not rendered due to company errors or service failures will be processed in full.
  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request or service issue.
  • Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. No Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Certain fees, such as booking fees or special service charges, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Refund Request:

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If you have any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to Delhi Jurisdiction.
